This foam mattress has no springs and is available in various standard sizes. This Semi Orthopaedic mattress may be made in three different densities - the standard medium-firm which is made from a polyurethane VP31 Purple Rubber (Ideal for most client types). A softer version made from a softer density VP30 Pink Rubber (ideal for children and elderly) & lastly a hard version which uses a firm VP32 Green Rubber (Ideal for heavier clients or those who prefer a firmer sleep)

All 3 densities produces a firm yet not too hard comfy mattress that is strong enough to offer support to the body and back, while keeping its shape in the long run preventing it from going soft due to its rubberised factors. Optional ventilation system can be integrated into the bottom of the mattress - This will help fight against humidity and mould accumulations in the mattress for clients with a closed bed frame with no slats. Besides the sizes listed above, we are able to manufacture any size & shape required, without limitations.
